Following Scriptural principles, the best of the produce was donated to the people in need – the homeless ones.
Hello Ken & Shihoko,
I just wanted to write to thank you for the generous donation of the beautiful organic potatoes that you dropped by the kitchen the other day. We appreciate your kindness in sharing.
All of our donations are used to assist the meal centre as we provide a community meal daily for around 120 people for the people in need in the Langley area and we are thankful for anything that someone will donate. I love especially when we receive vegetables and fruits and healthier foods, most of the time we receive enough donations that we cans hare those things with the guests who come for our community meal. That is always very pleasant because often they cannot afford to purchase the healthier foods for their diets and health.
We are in the kitchen from, 7am to 7pm every day and of you stop just outside the double doors marked deliveries, buzz the red buzzer to the left of the doors, that is directly into the main kitchen and the cooks would be happy to receive your donations at any time. May God continue to bless you and your ministry.
